THE AMERICAN DREAM!

It seems many today have fallen asleep. Dreaming of entitlements instead of visioning and working in the arena of ideas. They'd rather march about climate change or spit anger at President Trump then work with their fellow man on working to better our society and our country.

But the American Dream is not for the faint hearted either. It's for the strong spirit. Determined to rise to the occasion and build on the hopes  of not only their tomorrow's but the hopes of tomorrows for the nation.
The American Dream is made for those who don't give up on the arena of ideas-who would search the unknowns instead of complaining about yesterday. For life is short and the great work is always ahead and it takes inspiration not negativity to steer us in great efforts to build on it.

But it's a waste of spirit to spread anger and wish harm on some because you disagree on policy's or presidents. Hasn't the lessons of hate taught us anything?

People fall,people rise. Good men die,but other good men emerge. Which says the idealism of America carries on by those who don't give up the arena.

Yes the world's a difficult place,but it is by the grace of God we go. And it is there we make an effort for all to realize the American Dream isn't entitled-it's earned. Thanks for listening.

LEARN FROM PAST

  "We can draw lessons from the past,but we cannot live in it." President Lyndon B. Johnson.  Learning and looking ahead makes a journey lessonable and rewarding. For the past is filled with mistakes as well as successes. And both are equally vital in learning in order to see the hopes of tomorrow.  If we fail to learn and understand the past we end up living in it. For it keeps repeating.  And if it keeps repeating, the worse it gets. So let us draw where the lessons are learned, teach where it's never repeated  so that we live for today and not yesterday.  And when we live for today. Tomorrow won't be so uncertain.  We shall overcome when we learn.And in each of us from family, education, community, faith and work ethics,we will be strong in each and our society will be great.  For a dream that is built by us all is a frontier we will accomplish together and America will be the promise we know it can be. So let us learn in order to see.

HAPPY AS WE MAKE UP OUR MINDS!

  "We are as happy as we make up our minds to be." Abraham Lincoln. I'm the happiest when I write-happiest taking a scrap piece of paper and start scribbling on it. Example like reading a quote from President Lincoln and writing it down because it tells me something. I find my treasure in scrap paper.So much I have it all over my office. When I see a quote or something comes to mind that strikes me.I grab that piece of paper and write it down. Something peaceful about a pen and a piece of paper.You can simply scribble and be just as happy with words.If the notes touch you,then you read it again and again.Sometimes I hurry writing and then can't read what I wrote. That disturbs,but I need to slow down when I write. But some of my writings I think to myself,"Did I just write that?"
