Senator Lindsey Graham

On 7/12/26 learned of his passing  at age 71. His last speech was working on a resolve to end the war between Russia and Ukraine. He sounded ok. But an illness came upon him suddenly and next thing we know Sen. Lindsey Graham was gone. It was that quick he was taken from us. To be as a politician Sen. Graham was hot and cold. Sometimes he was there when you needed him and other times he wasn't. He'd either anger you or you would praise him. Now we've been talking term limits but his longevity I didn't mind because he unlike the others was serving country more than party. Although he was a party guy. But now I think with his passing we should we let him belong to the ages and let history decide where he was as a public servant.  For me I criticized and praised him and I think as a good public servant you're going to get both in the times you served. My hope is he'll be remembered well as a good man and everything else is just a document of a career, b...

AMERICA-THE GOOD LIFE-Notes and thoughts on Lyndon B.Johnson. "Men come together in cities in order to live, but they remain together in order to live the good life." Aristotle. "Our society will never be great until our cities are great.Today the frontier of imagination and innovation is inside those cities and not beyond their borders."-President Lyndon B.Johnson 1964. He goes on: "It will be the task of your generation to make the American city a place where future generations will come, not only to live, but live the good life." LBJ. America should be living the good life. Our cities should be together to do so.Yet we have changed from seeing this vision to seeing a disruptive one. Where anger not understanding emerged.Where being a great country is offensive to being a society that rather riots and destroys things. President Johnson honestly sought a Great Society even thru the midst of a dark war. A great effective  leader in the senate of getting thin...

PAGA PRAY AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Image
PAGA- Pray America Great Again. The great essential task of believers in Jesus Christ is to pray 🙏. It's not to get into useless arguments with those who can't or refuse to hear. We spread the message with hope not judgement. We warn but we cannot tell them what to do. And the great example of Christ is the daily living-love one another, feed the poor, help the helpless. Serve as the Son of Man served. For America to be great it starts with faith,it starts with prayer. Then GOD BLESS AMERICA! It's not just building bridges or roads. It's rebuilding lives and souls. Freedom not only comes thru sacrifice,it comes thru daily service. For without faith the work if the builders is useless. Pray not just to make America great but make it great service for another and for Christ. Shining our lights before men makes the city upon a hill.Children of God as we are more than just a nation. With God's Spirit we can move mountains and bear fruit. For Christ as our vine can Amer...
