AMERICA-THE GOOD LIFE-Notes and thoughts on Lyndon B.Johnson. "Men come together in cities in order to live, but they remain together in order to live the good life." Aristotle. "Our society will never be great until our cities are great.Today the frontier of imagination and innovation is inside those cities and not beyond their borders."-President Lyndon B.Johnson 1964. He goes on: "It will be the task of your generation to make the American city a place where future generations will come, not only to live, but live the good life." LBJ. America should be living the good life. Our cities should be together to do so.Yet we have changed from seeing this vision to seeing a disruptive one. Where anger not understanding emerged.Where being a great country is offensive to being a society that rather riots and destroys things. President Johnson honestly sought a Great Society even thru the midst of a dark war. A great effective leader in the senate of getting thin...

WHATEVER YOU ARE,BE A GOOD ONE!
ABRAHAM LINCOLN used to say,"Whatever you are be a good one."And whatever that is for us we must have passion in it otherwise it's a waste if there's no effort in it. I HAVE PASSION as a writer and while I love writing my ambition to publish is not there and part of the reason is seeing the world what its becoming. My excuse is why bother if they won't listen and just criticize? All everyone does is attack each other, but this is also an excuse not to ride my passion in writing.I've had publishers contact me in the past but never did anything about it.The other part was money.I didn't have money to put towards their publishing to help print it. BUT WE HAVE TO TRY even if its starting out small. And those who have decency and hope would make an effort too.Because the world needs good writers not just about stories but also truth.Learning history as it was and not what the revisionists tell you to make themselves feel better. But this blog here is to help my wri...
JOHN
JOHN Imagine you weren't real just a cloud of imagination. The Beatles were just a dream. You're peace messages just a week old story. Imagine a Strawberry Field forever. Or your Ballad with Yoko that never was. But I can't imagine that. I Imagine a peace in the world 🌎 where we sit and sing "Merry Christmas War is Over." Where people of all generations sit in a place where they give peace a chance. Singing no fighting. Jamming with Elvis and all the ones we loved. Hand in hand ✋️ in peace ✌️. I can imagine that,John. But as we remember the music you gave, the songs you sang. I can sadly hear the shots that rang out December 8,1980 that touched you and changed our lives here on earth 🌎. But despite that I can imagine a great place filled with Instant Karma where there's a star that's held in one place that has your name,'John'. And I can hear it sing "Dear Yoko". "Watching the Wheels" and shouting still to the world "...
