TIME IS SHORT AND THE AGENDA IS LONG!

I've been in security since the 80s.2026 it'll be 40 years in it alone.36 years in same company at same client. And while time is getting short the agenda has been long. And with beginning of health issues time maybe shorter.

I thank my Dad tremendously because he got me started in security. My brother was already there. And when he got he got me going he bounced me around on the schedule until I learned every shift.

I thank also the many I worked with over the years and God there had been so many since 86. I think about them every time I go through the warehouse. 

They still have the picture of John Cotter hanging there. He created True Value Cotter and Company. Although Do It Best owns it now the business is still going along.Very grateful for that.

I've been a witness to True Value. A witness to many of them that ran it. Even today.

The agenda of business never ends even if time for us there may end. What matters is we're we True Value when we were there and still if we're still there?I try with every effort to be.

I started right out of high school at 18. I'm 58 now. I give credit to Dad for the work ethics he put into me. And credit to Allied Universal and True Value surrounding me with good people to work with.

Now,soon I'll be at the crossroads of a journeys end. Retire in go on. I'll leave it to God because under heaven there is a time for everything.
